You may access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without prior written consent from SlyQuest.

SlyQuest provides digital marketing, creative technology, brand strategy, and related services as described on the Site. Specific terms for purchased services will be detailed in a separate service agreement or proposal.

All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. SlyQuest reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

By submitting any content, information, or materials to us through the Site (including via contact forms, emails, or quote requests), you grant SlyQuest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such submissions solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or providing the requested service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLYQUEST, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

In no event shall SlyQuest’s total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to SlyQuest in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SlyQuest, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or these Terms shall be instituted in a federal or state court located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.
